I have been helping addicts and their families overcome addiction for many years. I work in the humanistic-experiential stream. I also use in my work knowledge from different psychotherapy currents depending on the needs of the client.

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing:

• difficulties in interpersonal relations
• life crisis
• loss and mourning
• having difficulties in dealing with emotions
• anxiety
• depressed mood, loneliness
• psychoactive substance addictions
• behavioral addictions

For many years, I was an active member of an interdisciplinary team to counteract domestic violence.
I conducted addiction training for health care workers, school teachers and young people.

I subject my work to regular supervision.

In my work it is important to create a safe space for the client, full of acceptance.
